After her husband's near-death experience with coronary artery disease, Nichole left her executive corporate career to launch a coaching practice. Since then, she has coached hundreds, spoken to thousands, and built a female-led tech company empowering coaches to focus on what matters most: transforming lives through meaningful client connections.
Known for helping coaches connect with their deeper purpose while architecting powerful systems that turn overwhelm into operational excellence, Nichole brings over 35 years of diverse expertise—from serial entrepreneurship in film and television production to corporate sales. A board-certified Health Coach with certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, she combines technical prowess with a holistic understanding of wellness and business success.
A faith-driven entrepreneur and digital nomad, Nichole splits her time between Cary, NC, Stillwater, MN, and Birmingham, England with her British husband Michael.
