Jackie Schwabe

Jackie Schwabe spent 20 years as the person inside organizations who made things actually work — building systems, leading operations teams, and turning AI from a buzzword into business infrastructure. She has worked in fintech, SaaS, and professional services, most recently as a senior operations leader at a fast-growing financial company where she led AI adoption, process redesign, and cross-functional team performance.

Two days ago, she was laid off.

Instead of updating her resume and waiting, she mapped her network, built a custom pipeline management system, booked 10 calls in under a week, and launched a fractional practice ... all before the severance paperwork was signed.

Today, Jackie works with small and mid-sized companies as a Fractional Chief AI & Operations Officer. She embeds with leadership teams 8-10 hours a week, identifies the highest-impact AI and operations opportunities, builds the systems, and trains the team to own them. Her philosophy: the exit is the feature. She is not there to stay. She is there to build something that works without her.

Jackie lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a wife, a mom, and someone who genuinely believes that the best thing AI can do for a business is give its people their time back.
